These days are filled with anxiety and uncertainty. Remember that if you are a believer, God promised His Holy Spirit would be with you every moment. He will never leave, get tired of, or reject you. Jesus said, “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.”

Listen to His quiet whisper inside of you. It’s not your conscience, it’s the Holy Spirit! He will keep you from temptation; give you direction and instruction; convict you of wrongdoing; comfort you in trouble; strengthen you in your weakness; lift your spirit out of the depths of depression; lead you into and help you understand Scripture (He makes the word come alive!); and ultimately point you to Jesus, our perfect example and picture of God. “Everything of God gets expressed in Him (Christ), so you can see and hear Him (God) clearly,” Colossians 2:9.
